Healing begins when we embrace awareness. By tuning into ourselves, we uncover sensations that we may not yet know how to cultivate or nourish. It’s easy to ignore the messages from our mind or body, especially in moments of discomfort, fear, or unease. This session offers a space to reconnect with yourself and the guidance within.

Through breathwork, affirmations, intentional silence, and guided cues, we’ll explore how to nourish these sensations and help you move forward on your journey with clarity, resilience, and ease.

The hope is for you to continue to foster this practice on your own. Identify your own cues that will help build resilience and clarity to embrace life’s external influences with grace.

Each session is designed to support your journey with love, light, and the tools to move forward one step at a time. It is an honor to hold this sacred space for your healing and growth.

Here is how it works:

  • Schedule your session.
  • I will send over a short journaling prompt.
  • Set intention.
  • Share any details you’d like me to focus on such as, barriers, obstacles, affirmations, injuries, etc. 10-15 minutes.
  • Lay back, relax & receive. 20-35 minutes.
  • Short communication post meditation. 10 minutes.
  • Follow -up insight emailed out.
