Each session is rooted in evidence-based practices like cognitive coaching, positive psychology, and behavioral science—yet guided intuitively to meet you exactly where you are.
I create a grounded and sacred space for self-inquiry, intention-setting, and growth. Together, we’ll explore your inner landscape: the patterns that shape your behavior, the beliefs that limit you, and the wisdom your body and breath already hold.
You’ll learn how to:
- Cultivate mindful awareness of your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions
- Identify personal values and align your life accordingly
- Build sustainable habits from a place of compassion—not pressure
- Embrace discomfort as a path to resilience
- Reconnect with your body through breath, imagery, and somatic tools.

This is not about fixing you. It’s about remembering who you are—and supporting you in becoming more fully yourself.
Every session is customized to your energy, your goals, and your readiness. We move at your pace, while gently stretching your capacity for healing, clarity, and conscious action.
Here is how it works:
- Schedule your session.
- I will send over a short journaling prompt.
- Set intention.
- Share any details you’d like me to focus on such as, barriers, obstacles, affirmations, injuries, etc. 10-15 minutes.
- Lay back, relax & receive. 20-35 minutes.
- Short communication post meditation. 10 minutes.
- Follow -up insight emailed out.
